2022 Green Tomato/Apple Salsa
B's Green Tomato/Apple Salsa Recipe

1 Large Green Heirloom Tomato
1 Vidalia Onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 Large Green Chili Pepper
1 Apple
1/2 Tsp of Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Tsp of Salt
Lime Juice

Finely Chop all ingredients and mix together with Lime Juice.

This Verde is delish with its sweet and spicy flavor. It is excellent rubbed on as a topping for proteins such as Pork, Fish, Turkey Tacos, and is easily used as a dip for crackers and tortilla chips.
